Terms & Conditions

Seller: Seren Afa · Last updated 13 October 2026

These Terms govern your use of Fitprep, a fitness, nutrition and progress tracking app ("the Service"), and form an agreement between you and Seren Afa ("we", "us"). Premium purchases are processed by Stripe; where end-to-end compliance handling applies, Stripe (through Link) is the Merchant of Record.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be 18 or older, or 13–17 with a parent or guardian's consent and supervision.

2. The Service

Fitprep lets you log workouts, food, body weight and activity, follow training programs, watch exercise demonstrations and, with Premium, use AI insights, AI meal-photo scanning and advanced analytics. Fitprep is a tracking tool and does not provide medical advice. Speak to a doctor before starting any exercise or diet program.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your login details confidential and are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Fitprep Premium, payment and billing

Fitprep Premium costs A$9.99 per month or A$79 per year (prices include GST where it applies). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

Payments for Fitprep Premium are processed by Stripe. For checkout sessions where end-to-end compliance handling applies, Stripe (through Link, Stripe's merchant-of-record service) is the Merchant of Record: it handles payment, tax, invoicing, refunds and billing support, and your bank statement shows LINK.COM* Fitprep.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are also governed by the payment terms shown at checkout and in your receipt email.

You can cancel at any time from Premium → Billing & subscription in the app, or via the link in your receipt email. You keep Premium until the end of the period already paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You must not: use the Service unlawfully; commit fraud or send spam; infringe anyone's intellectual property; upload malware, probe, scrape or interfere with the Service's security; reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service; or try to bypass technical or plan limits.

6. AI features

AI insights and meal-photo nutrition estimates are generated automatically and may be inaccurate (photo estimates can be off by 10–20% or more). Verify them yourself and do not rely on them as medical, dietetic or other professional advice. You are responsible for your prompts, photos, and use of outputs, and must have rights to all input content. You must not use AI features for illegal content, deceptive deepfakes, hate speech, malware, infringement, or attempts to bypass safeguards or jailbreak the system. We may refuse or filter outputs, remove or restrict content, and suspend accounts for misuse.

You retain rights in your inputs. To the extent we hold transferable rights in AI outputs, we assign them to you, subject to third-party rights and applicable law; outputs may not be unique or eligible for copyright. Rights holders may report infringement through our published support contact, identifying the work and disputed content. We may restrict access while reviewing complaints and suspend or terminate repeated infringers.

7. Intellectual property

We (and our licensors) own the Service, including its software, exercise videos, content, documentation and Fitprep branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service within your plan. You keep ownership of the data you enter; you let us host and process it only to provide the Service.

8. Service level and warranties

We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including loss of profits, data or goodwill), and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may delete your account in the app, which removes your sign-in account. Records needed for tax, legal or dispute obligations, and provider diagnostic logs, may be retained as described in the Privacy Notice. Fitness logs on your device must be cleared separately. When you delete your account we cancel any running subscription for you; you can also cancel first through Billing & subscription or your receipt email.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms and will notify you in the app of material changes. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of that State have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
