How to delete your Fitprep account (app by Seren Afa) and the data linked to it.

1. Delete in the app

Open Fitprep, go to More → Account, tap Delete account and confirm with your password. Your account is removed straight away.

2. Delete without the app

Email glitterbutter45@gmail.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my Fitprep account". We verify the request and delete the account within 30 days.

3. What is deleted

Your sign-in account (email and password), your saved AI coach chat messages and your subscription link to the account are deleted. Fitness logs stored on your device are removed by clearing the app data or uninstalling the app.

4. What is kept

Payment and transaction records required for tax and legal obligations may be kept by us and by our payment provider Stripe for up to 7 years. When you delete your account we cancel any running subscription for you.
